Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email with a form to fill out for your chosen wording. Once submitted, within 48 business hours you will receive your PDF design presentation.

After you approve your design, we will send your items to print.

This collection is inspired by "La Dolce Vita", which translates to "The sweet life" in Italian. We wanted to capture the essence of the Italian way of life - where leisure, good food, and coastal living are celebrated. Featuring warm, earthy tones, ocean blues, and landscape greens, reminiscent of the Mediterranean Sea, and textures and patterns that reflect the region's natural beauty.

What's the process timeline?

For all paper/card orders with digital printing, please allow up to 4 weeks from initial purchase date to delivery.

For all orders with acrylic base and UV printing, please allow up to 5 weeks from initial purchase date to delivery. 

This timeframe allows for design, proofs, print and delivery.

MY order is urgent, is there a rush fee?

Yes we can help you. We understand some things get in the way and you require your items urgently. We have a 1 week turnaround priority rush fee if needed. Please enquire with us via weddings@villastudio.com.au to organise your urgent order.

What happens after i purchase?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a fill-out form to send us your preferred wording. A PDF design presentation will be emailed to you within 48 hours of sending us your written copy (Mon-Fri). 2 rounds of changes are allowed to the design and once approved, you will receive a final proof to be able to send to print.

When will my items be shipped?

Once we have carefully checked over and securely wrapped up your items, we will ship with Australia Post and send you the tracking number.

Can i request to alter the layout or change colours?

As designers, we have carefully curated each collection with colours we believe match the style.
For layouts, each collection has been uniquely designed and adjusted to suit the shape options available. We do not accept change of layout requests for this reason, however we will do our best to accomodate your wording to fit within the design. 

What type of paper will be used?

We are partnered with high quality Australian printers who provide premium, eco friendly, textured paper stocks sourced from global packaging markets. The chosen paper we have selected in our collection are 300gsm environmentally friendly and are FSC certified at the mill.

How will my acrylic items arrive?

All acrylic is shipped with a protective coating to avoid unwanted marks or scratches. We recommend leaving the paper or plastic films in place until you are ready to use your signage, this will ensure your items stays perfect and clean until you're special day.
